Your Independent Study courses may not be on the UNL campus, but the classes give you all the rigor and advanced knowledge that UNL is known for.

Tuition

Undergraduate $192.25/credit hour
Graduate $224.75/credit hour
Nursing $238.50/credit hour
Tuition information is also included with each course description. No program or facilities fees are assessed for Independent Study courses.

Materials

Each course description lists the materials required to complete the course and the cost associated with them.

Fees

Distance Education Fee - $75 per course
College of Engineering and Technology Fee - $120 for students enrolled in IMSE 206, Engineering Economy I, and IMSE 321, Engineering Statistics and Data Analysis.
Course Format Transfer Fee - $30 if you switch from print to online or vice versa within 30 days of enrollment.
Mail Processing Fee - $30 fee assessed to courses delivered in a print-based format.
